Panic Symptoms - Recognise Any Of These?
Whether you know what they are or not, you could still be having them. I'm talking about panic symptoms. If you can recognise the signs, you can halt an attack in its tracks.
Heart racing out of control & difficulty breathing.
This is the biggy. If you are experiencing these symptoms at random times then it's almost certain you are having a panic attack. They can be caused by other health issues of course, so it's a good idea to go for a full check up. But if they are panic attack symptoms you should act fast.
Feeling irritated constantly.
We live in such a fast moving world it's kind of easy to get irritated with people most of the time. However this could be another panic symptom. If you are having this symptom coupled with others, act now.
Losing sleep.
Lots of other things can cause sleep loss. It can also be a panic attack symptom. In the absence of other reasons you should consider looking into panic disorders.
Too much worry.
We all worry, and we all worry all the time. Whereas most of us don't worry too much, we tend to let the small stuff slip away easily. Worrying all the time about the slightest problems could well be a sign of anxiety disorder.
What can be done?
If you feel you are experiencing anxiety and/or panic attacks because you are having panic symptoms. The first port of call has got to be your own physician. Get checked out properly. You may even be able to quell any fears if you get the all clear from your doctor.
But if you still think you might be having any of these panic symptoms there are actions you can take.
