Panic Puzzle Review - What the Buzz Is All about

by Jacques McFields

I have been waiting to write this Panic Puzzle review after I came across the course that is outstanding.

Rich Presta is the man behind the Panic Puzzle system. He came up with this program after fighting fears and anxiety for years together. While trying to eliminate his fears and anxiety, Presta conducted a lot of research to look for the best solutions and techniques. He even reviewed sources that were more than 100 years old.

He took the best methods and combined them with modern and present-day techniques to come up with the Panic Puzzle system.

The Panic Puzzle package comes with a written and recorded version of an e-book as well as extensive supplemental materials. The program is delivered in digital format. The graphics and layout of all the material are very attractive.

Personally, I found the instructions and elucidation precise and easily understandable. The presentation is to the point and does not contain unnecessary things. For me, that is one of the biggest plus points of the system.

The training starts with understanding the meaning of fear, panic and anxiety and how it affects you. This leads to a number of exercises that are designed to help people understand how anxiety and fears work. Once you know this cycle, the program then teaches you ways to break this cycle and rid yourself of any form of anxiety and phobia.

As you go through the course you have a number of exercises to do that help you master the techniques taught. Personally, I would've appreciated more background information.

As you move forward in the course, you will learn many exercises that will help you become proficient in different techniques. I think the course would have benefited if there was more background information.

The program is direct and to the point.

Toward the end of the training is what might appear at first to be a digression. Namely, it's a series of lessons on things such as goal setting and time management. It turns out this section is there for very good reasons, one of which is to make sure that people arrange their priorities in such a manner as to make time to actually apply the program.

In addition to the e-book, the program has a lot of supplementary material that help to reinforce all the lessons and techniques you learn.

In addition to the main manual, the course contains extensive supplemental and supporting materials that reinforced the main message. After going through all the material and trying all the exercises myself I'm convinced this program will help anyone who uses it.
