You have been using the trick your entire life; its just time to realize it.

Next time you feel an Anxiety Attack or sadness take notice of your body. It will slouch, slump forward, you will tend to look at the ground and will physically come off unhappy.

The reason for this is that the state of mind we are in controls how we act physically. Think about the last time you were really happy.
