People who suffer from anxiety often suffer alone. Everyone has anxiety now and then, so it makes it hard for someone that does not have the disorder to understand someone who does. They do not understand how or why they get so bent out of shape that they can not deal with it.

Anxiety disorder can be very different for each sufferer. All people react differently and new symptoms can pop up all the time. But we will help you understand the most common look of anxiety disorder. So you yourself can recognize it.

Anxiety disorder, when severe, can wreck our lives. We may not be able to function at a normal level. You may feel to worried or gloomy. The worry and anxiety may be too much to handle and can be a major life altering occurance if not addressed.

It is very common for anxiety disorder to partner with some other problems such as drug or alcohol abuse and even depression. This is when themselves and others do not recognize it as the problem. Many drug abusers are found to have underlying mental health conditions such as anxiety disorder.

Many times people are mosdiagnosed due to the many symptoms related to anxiety disorder. The stomach problems and headaches can be many different things. Sufferes even put off thinking all of the nagging symptoms could have anything to do with anxiety.

The doom and worry can be so intense for anxiety disorder suffers that it can cause actual physical illness and symptoms. It can make them feel generally sick and tired. This causes even more anxiety, because they worry something horrible is wrong with them.

In severe cases it can be debilitating and cause major impact on daily life. Not only does it cause mental frustration, it also causes physical discomfort. Rapid heart beat, shortness of breath, tension, muscle aches, headaches and stomach aches can all cause additional turmoil for sufferers.

Experts have found many treatments for anxiety and research has come a long ways. If you think you may suffer from anxiety disorder you should seek the advice of a doctor. You can lead a normal healthy life with the right treatment.
