Back pain, headaches, sleeping and eating disorders, hypertension and irritable bowel syndrome are some of the more common problems. Stress has even been implicated in some of the leading causes of death, such as cancer heart disease. Obviously, learning stress anxiety management techniques can go a long way towards protecting your health.
