Find out several techniques that can get rid of your anxiety and panic attacks for good. Learn the ultimate secret that worked wonders for me.

These anxiety treatment methods have been proven to sustain people's anxiety and panic attacks. I'm always shocked by the people I meet who haven't used these techniques so I felt inclined to write an article about them and share it with the world. These techniques changed my life and I know they'll make a difference for you. They're not the ultimate methods that eliminated my anxiety for good, but they helped quite a bit. I do briefly share the one thing that cured me of anxiety and panic attacks for good.

"Stop attempting to Look Good/Or Look Bad" is one cause of people experience phobia and fear around people is social anxiety. This is the one blocker that keeps people from naturally being comfortable and enjoying one another's presence. People tend to get naturally intimidated by people they don't even know that gives off the impression of being intimidating, therefore creating social anxiety. You'll walk through life wanting to look great for your superior when you've been given the opportunity to speak in front of your colleagues about your company's sales performance. In the moment you figure out this is the cause, there is one thing left for you to do. You have to remember that you are not putting yourself in a situation where you could get attacked. The fear is just an emotion, not something that practically controls the real you.

An oldie but a goodie would be deep breathing. The heart has a tendency to race rapidly during these moments of nervousness. Deep breathing will easily create a more relaxing and slower heart rate that will enable you to think clearly and more effectively. It's clearly easier said than done, however it is key to breathe in and out deeply so you can then apply some of the other techniques quickly and effectively.

This tip is known as "Embrace Nervousness and Anxiety." Everyone including myself has done everything to avoid anxiety. When it creeps up on you, you want it to go away immediately. However, the more and more you think about your anxiety, you feel even more anxiety and stomach butterflies begin to swarm and multiply in your stomach more and more. The old saying goes whatever you resist will persist. Therefore, what I would do in the past to maintain my sanity and anxiety is embrace it. I would accept it as part of my genetic makeup and not some problem that would control me for the rest of my life. Many times the mind starts to think about the worst-case scenario when those feelings of anxiety come up. One other thing you can do is think about the best-case scenario while still experiencing that nervousness and anxiety.

This next tip is known as "Stop Thinking About The Future - Now Is Key." Fear and Anxiety derives from something that one thinks is about to happen or could happen if X happens. The fact that one's mind is so focused on the future, we tend to forget that it is not happening right now. The reality is anything could happen. What is also reality is that your reality and not someone elses reality and their experience of you could be very different from your experience of yourself. The key is to live life in the moment of now, not the future. This does not mean not to plan for the future, just to place more emphasis on now. It is a much more empowering context to live your life.

"The What If That Controls Your Life" is another key factor/technique that control sufferers of anxiety. I know so many people who all they think about is what if X happens. I then tell them what if Y happens, then what will you do? FYI, Y is something positive or great to think about. Human beings are naturally programmed as having negative imagery and therefore nervousness and fear naturally get tied in with those same thoughts which makes the experience so real. Again, give it up and keep it moving. You control it, it doesn't control you.

There's also the Ultimate Anxiety Treatment Technique I think can truly put your mind into a different state. This one method stopped my anxiety attacks that I had all of my life. It's one method that made all the difference in the world, but given this article was about the other techniques, I thought this would be useful.
