Are You Tired of Having the Fear of Public Speaking?

Many doctors and researchers have found the origins of anxiety and how it controls and stops human being from beings powerful in their ability to do speak in public. The fear that people experience is is not real but moreso something that people feel. The real question is where does that fear come from? No matter how many times a person speaks in front of a group of people, that fear still has a tendency to come up.

When we talk about general fear, it can include a chemical imbalance in the body that leaves human beings experiencing fear on a regular basis. It can also include the genetic transfer from parents to children, which then points back to that imbalance the parents had to begin with. These two causes are extremely valid and are likely to have some truth to it in all human beings.

There was a time when you experienced fear for the first time. In that moment, you decided that is not a place you want to be again. This is in fact the one consistent cause of anxiety that mainly all people experience and can relate to. Regardless of it being a real danger in your face kind of moment, or even speaking in public, that fear can get the best of us.

The crazy part is that it's worse than that memory of that scary experience popping up again. People get nervous of that anxiety and panic attack coming up again. It's the perception that you don't want to experience it again. It is crucial to understand this in order to acquire the best and cheapest anxiety treatment for anxiety and your fear of public speaking.

It is ultimately the fear of your actual anxiety coming back that makes you nervous to begin with. There was a time when you screwed up your first public speaking engagement. That memory is a place you don't want to be in again. So it is not actually the fear of public speaking but in fact the fear of that anxiety coming back which causes it to occur.

The fact you think you're going to get nervous again in that original episode in which you experienced fear is what makes you nervous. There are certain episodes of anxiety or fear where it's something real in your face such as a man with a gun in his hands that may make you nervous. It is critical to remember that perception of something you think will happen again is what will impact your fear coming up again.

Your mind is so powerful, it will latch onto that memory of experiencing fear and anxiety and it will not let go of it. Your mind makes that fear so real, it stops you from performing and being powerful in public speaking engagements. When you learn to separate your experience of yourself from the memory of that fearful experience, you will then be able to have more freedom and power in public speaking engagements. Of course, there is more to it than that.

People who deal with anxiety and the fear of public speaking have spent lots of money on medication, anxiety therapy, and even new methods in meditation. They are all various avenues to eliminate fear for good, but they all have their pitfalls. There are better means to get rid of that fear such as natural remedies that have impacted people all around the world including myself.
