Stop Having Panic Attacks by Adding Leverage
If you wish to stop having panic attacks, then a factor of your healing of the utmost importance is the decision you make to do so; that decision being strong and unshakable. After you've settled on a plan or cure to follow, it is integral that you are assiduous in keeping on track with it. It is sad then, that even though many are aware of the simple steps they have to take to be rid of their suffering, that they are still stuck with their condition. How could this be?
The answer is that they have a lack of emotional leverage spurring them on to stop having panic attacks. This is because they don't put in the effort to build additional leverage in order to drive them to success. It is estimated that approximately 80% of all goals aren't reached - being able to make a solid decision and stick to it will prevent this.
So how do we add leverage? There are a few simple techniques that we can do to remind ourselves of what it would be like should we not achieve our goals. For instance, if you weren't to stop having panic attacks, and they increased in degree and frequency, how would your life end up?
Another example could be imagining yourself in another situation. This time, you can visualize yourself having a panic attack in a public area - somewhere where it would be highly embarrassing for you. This will give you an extremely powerful emotional reminder should you ever feel yourself slipping away from achieving your goal.
How many ways can you think of to create leverage to stop having panic attacks? Remember, there are countless ways, and you are only limited by just how creative you can get. There are a large number of panic attack sufferers who never achieve their goals of being free from them. This is because of a lack of a strong decision and an unwillingness to keep working at their cure; having a lot of leverage will change this.
