Anxiety Symptoms Test - Do You Need To Take One?

by Nin Smith

You've heard of anxiety attacks but do you really understand what they are? I can say from experience they are darn scary and it wasn't even me having the attack! My wife was driving our car, with me as a passenger when she got hit by an anxiety attack.

I don't mind telling you I was scared to death. I had never in 40 odd years seen anything like this panic attack my wife was in the grip of. "In the grip of" is a good description as well. It was like two huge unseen claws were crushing her.

I bet there are a lot of people who are having these attacks and not understanding just what's going on. They may experience different levels of anxiety but the fact remains, they are a victim. As bad as it seems there is light as they can be stopped. Quite easily as well.

My wife went through no end of doctors who all came up with the same story. It's in your head they'd say. There's nothing to fear they would say. Let me say here & now. I've seen someone have them and they are something to fear if you don't know how to stop them quickly.

I could care less whether it's in your head or not. If you are having an attack you certainly know about it. Here are just a few symptoms to look out for. If they seem familiar then you may be a sufferer. You may need to act fast if you think you have symptoms of anxiety attacks. Better to act now than wait for a life threatening attack.

Some of the symptoms are…

If you feel you constantly need to fiddle with something If you have to fiddle or simply cannot sit still then you could well be building to an anxiety attack.

Are you often feeling irritated for what seems no reason You may be heading for trouble if you are feeling irritated al the time.

Do you worry a lot If you seem to worry more than others about the things around you, like family, work, school etc then you may be leading up to being a victim of anxiety attacks.

Is your heart racing or do you have shallowness of breath This one is a serious symptom. Heart palpitations or shallow breath could signal that you are having anxiety attacks already. Take further action to stop these attacks.

If you need more information and a more in depth anxiety symptoms test then there's another test over at my website. …
