Three Physical Symptoms of Stress, Panic Attacks, and Anxiety
It's the circle of no return really… especially if you don't know how to handle things properly. I'm talking about how you begin to feel stress. That then builds up some anxiety and if that continues to build you eventually get a full blown panic attack.
That said there are warning signs of an anxiety attack and these three we are going over all all physical.
1. Increasing Amounts of Perspiration
What you need to do is think back to when you've experience this before. Most people have specific spots where they sweat and you need to look there first.
These are the places where you want to pay attention because if you begin to sweat profusely there then you might be at the early stages of anxiety and stress overload.
Did you know that stress actually talks to the brain and causes it to send signals that increase sweat production? Pretty interesting right? This is where you need to learn how to control it.. yes breathing can help but it won't every time.
2. Trembling or Body Tremors
When you feel areas on your body begin to shake, you've usually identified one of the most common physical signals of anxiety. Use the same process with sweating… if you can think back to areas that normally shake first then you have a step up.
Now you know how to pick on that early. But again while breathing can help to calm you a bit… the real issues is in your brain and that's why you need to learn more sophisticated ways to control that anxiety from spinning out of control.
3. Racing Heart
This usually begins after a few other physical signs of building anxiety or stress. However this is almost to be treated like a step two in the process.
I bet you can relate when your heart is pounding so hard that it practically pains you or when it feels like it's going to jump right out of your body.
This is actually a pretty serious situation because feeling your heart can easily cause you to begin to spiral out of control. This is when you really need the help of a program so you can learn yourself how to take control.
These are just three early indicators of stress, anxiety and panic. But they are very important because if you learn how to control these then you can avoid the real anxiety attack or panic attack.
