How to reduce anxiety in certain situations?
Can you answer rose's question about anxiety?:
I have a certain situation that always brings about huge levels of anxiety, to the point where my chest hurts, and I have OCD thoughts running through my head for days. This situation is not going to go away, so is there a way for me to learn to control or relieve my anxiety when this occurs?
Deep breaths help, but ofcourse I can't breath deeply continuously for days on end
