What will doctors normally do when a patient with severe anxiety has to fly?

Can you answer Laenaeish's question about anxiety?:

I probably have to fly from the UK to Canada. I suffer from severe social anxiety, mild agoraphobia and claustrophobia.

I've been prescribed diazepam for a couple of short flights.

Will the doctor offer me anything for a long flight?
